When you’re considering where to buy, make sure you have a long-term vision and think about what you’ll want in 5 or 10 years rather than focusing primarily on what you want right now.

If your plan isn’t to upgrade right now, maybe it’s a good time to upgrade your home loan. If you haven’t done this in the last couple of years, now is a great time to do it.
